A "Bless It Up" bus traveling from South Africa to Harare was intercepted in Hammanskraal and directed to the Donkerhoek Weighbridge for inspection. South African authorities discovered that the bus was carrying 99 passengers, exceeding the permitted 72 passengers by 27.


The driver was fined for passenger overloading and exceeding the weight limit. He was instructed to arrange alternative transport for the excess passengers before the bus was allowed to continue its journey.
