President Emmerson Mnangagwa marked the final Cabinet meeting of 2025, thanking members for their service and commitment to national development.
Despite global challenges, Zimbabwe's economic reforms under NDS-1 delivered resilience, growth and currency stability, with progress achieved in energy, infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, tourism and social services.
The President commended Civil Service for supporting government programmes and improving coordination, urging ministries to sustain momentum, including providing services during the festive season.
Cabinet members were encouraged to act responsibly as national leaders during the holidays.
Looking ahead to 2026 and the rollout of NDS-2, President Mnangagwa wished everyone a Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year, emphasizing the government's focus on fulfilling citizens' expectations and strengthening national development
