The South African Police Service (SAPS) has seized a vehicle attempting to leave the scene with three occupants, following the earlier incident involving Bellarmine Mugabe.
The vehicle was found to be illegally fitted with a police siren, reserved for authorized SAPS vehicles. Authorities have returned to the scene with sniffer dogs to continue searching for the firearm used in the alleged shooting of a 23-year-old gardener .
